The myMobility Employee platform, developed by Vialto Partners, is a single global, streamlined and secure application to manage all of your global mobility matters. Accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, it displays the real-time status of services provided by Vialto Partners, allows for the secure sharing of information and documents, as well as simplifies the process of addressing any missing information identified.
How do I activate my myMobility Account?
You will receive an email invitation from Vialto Partners with a unique hyperlink to activate your myMobility user account.
myMobility uses a two-step authentication process for enhanced security, requiring a username, password, and a one-time pin sent to your registered mobile or email. Ensure your contact details are accurately entered during registration for secure login.
How can I reset my username and/or password?
If you forget your login details, click “Need help logging in?” on the myMobility login page and follow the provided steps to access your account again.

How do I provide my travel data to Vialto Partners?
Track your travel and workday details using the Calendar Tracking feature on the myMobility platform. Use the "Fill by Month" feature and enable Autofill on your mobile device to simplify the tracking of your travel and work activities.
It's important to accurately provide your international travel and workdays details to allow Vialto Partners to evaluate your eligibility for potential tax exemptions. Please note that the IRD may require proof of your travel and work details for any claims on your tax return.
How can I check my tax return status or provide missing information?
For real-time updates on your tax return, sign in to the myMobility platform. Your global tax compliance status with Vialto Partners will be visible from the homepage.
If there is a query with your information provided or if any information is identified as missing, Vialto Partners will notify you by email. Details of the missing information item(s) identified, as well as how to resolve them are visible from the myMobility platform homepage.
